March 2017
What we’re eating this week:My Winter Couscous Salad and my taco soup!
What I’m reminiscing about: The beach trip I surprised Eric with last year around this time. And breakfast in bed. 🙂
What I’m loving:
The people in my life. I’m just really, really thankful.
What we’ve been up to:
We had a storm a few weeks ago, which brought a lot of hail and totaled my car. So, we have been car shopping for an SUV. Any car tips?
What I’m dreading:
The process of buying a new car…
What I’m working on:
Keeping my head on straight. 😉
What I’m excited about:That the countdown to summer is on! 🙂
What I’m watching/reading:Last year I talked about how addicted we got to the Great British Bake Off (GBB). They released two new seasons on Netflix and we became obsessed all over again. We finished both seasons in two weeks. How cute are some of their books?
Eric has been on a breadmaking kick ever since we watched the show and wants to buy this book. I kind of do too!) I also feel like I should buy Mary Berry’s Baking Bible just to have on hand in my kitchen because I adore her.
What I’m listening to:
What I’m wearing:
This cardigan in pink. (Similar here and here). I also bought these Gap jeans and I looooove them! Just not those shoes. 😉 ha
What I’m doing this weekend:
Wedding! By the end of this year, we will have gone to 30 weddings in three years. I would like one big piece of wedding cake to celebrate. 😉
What I’m looking forward to next month:
Easter Break! 🙂
What else is new:
Bonus Question: What’s your favorite Spring wardrobe piece?
This. 🙂
Happy Wednesday everyone!

Good luck purchasing your new car. 🙂 I gotta take mine back into the shop today. It’s already been in the shop for over a month, and I bought mine back in December. Hope you have better luck!

Holy cow that’s a lot of weddings!!! One car recommendation: buy something that holds it’s value. My first SUV was a Honda and it held it’s value so well. I bought a Ford Escape next and the value dropped like crazy. It was unbelievable. Now I’m back with a Honda. Definitely recommend Honda/Toyota.
