But put a kitchen gadget in front of me and I get giddy. As in, one of my first thoughts when I wake up is how excited I am to use the juicer or how many possible recipes I can create with the spiralizer. Kitchen gadgets make me giddy. We may still be without curtains in a room or two but our kitchen is stocked. 🙂 Priorities, people. I love these gadgets (more…)

It’s Friday which means I’m linking up with these lovely ladies, Erika, Narci, and Andrea for our Friday Favorites!

One.I love the Today Show. As in, I’m kind of obsessed with it. We didn’t have school on Monday for President’s Day, had a delay on Tuesday, and I had a math conference that was close by our house on Thursday. That being said…I got to watch the Today Show three times this week! That my friends, is a favorite of the week!

Five.stephanie-spring.comOne of my favorite snacks is energy bites. I came up with my own recipe months ago and they will be gracing the blog so soon! I made them on Monday and have been snacking on them all week long!

I came across this quote and it was such a good reminder for the week. In the craziness of life, it’s always good to remember who you really are and not to compare yourself to others.

Four.stephanie-spring.comI stopped by to see this cute little lady this week and loved it. We talked about the two men in the picture, politics, and Good Will. 🙂 She is one of my favorite people.

Recipe found at: stephanie-spring.comOne of my favorite drinks is hot chocolate. It’s simple, delicious, and can be finished with a variety of toppings. As I was Christmas shopping, I stumbled upon these spoons and realized they would be the perfect pair to any hot drink, for any time of year. Give me the people I love, a warm blanket, and a mug filled to the brim with hot chocolate, lots of whipped cream and crushed peppermint and I’ve officially reached my happy place. Go pour yourself and your loved ones some hot chocolate and use a cute spoon to stir it up!
