Blueberry Banana Protein Smoothie
Well, ladies and gents, there isn’t a shortage of blueberries in the Spring household this summer! They are possibly one of my favorite fruits and I love to find a variety of ways to use them in recipes. Perk to this smoothie: The protein powder already contains chia and probiotics, which grants you a little extra boost at any time of the day! I’m no Olympian, but as far as I’m concerned, this is a ten out of ten as recipes goes! 😉 Drink up!
Ingredients:
2 cups Almond Milk
1.5 cups frozen blueberries
2 bananas
2 scoops Bob’s Red Mill Vanilla Protein Powder
What to do:
Combine all ingredients in a blender (my fav here!) and serve.
