A Walk in the Park

There are two things Eric and I really love: Going for walks and food. Capri makes it known that she loves both as well. 🙂 So when you plan on meeting friends at a park for a walk and food, it’s a win all around for our new family of 3. Since Capri is only a month old, (as of tomorrow!) we thought we’d bring along some Stonyfield Organic Kids Yogurt Pouches for her older friends to have. 🙂 (The pouches look so tasty that I almost snuck one the other day myself!) Since the sun was shining, I lathered little Pri in sunscreen (Badger is my favorite) and we headed out!

Both the snack and sunscreen are from companies that are B-corp certified (you can read more about what that is here) so I was one happy mama as we headed out the door for our first playdate with these things in tow. I packed some fruit and added a, Summer Fruit Salad “recipe” that you can throw together for your next get together as well!

Sunscreen for all the babes, yogurt pouches for the toddlers, and fruit salad for the adults. Happy picnic-ing and summer!

Bacon and Spinach Quiche

Bacon and Spinach Quiche--Recipe at: stephanie-spring.com Quiches have been my saving grace in the morning for a filling and healthy breakfast. Since this is a crustless quiche, it isn’t quite as, “heavy” of a dish…which I love! (A.k.a..I don’t feel bloated after eating it!) In some of my previous quiche recipes (here and here), I added milk (which you still can if you’d like) but this can easily be dairy free or catered to Whole 30 as well if you forego the feta. I love the combination of flavors and anything with bacon is flat out heavenly. Which brings me to, my Bacon and Spinach Quiche! Here you go! Enjoy friends! xoBacon and Spinach Quiche--Recipe at: stephanie-spring.comBacon and Spinach Quiche--Recipe at: stephanie-spring.com Bacon and Spinach Quiche--Recipe at: stephanie-spring.com Bacon and Spinach Quiche--Recipe at: stephanie-spring.comQuiches have been my saving grace in the morning for a filling and healthy breakfast. Purple Piña Colada

Purple Pina ColadaDon’t let the color fool you. It has almost the same taste as a traditional piña colada with some hidden antioxidants (the mulberries) to give you an extra boost throughout the day. The full fat coconut milk keeps you full longer and it just flat-out tastes yummy! Purple Pina Colada Purple Pina ColadaPurple Pina Colada Purple Pina Colada
